PORTLAND TO Cape Lookout State Park 2007
This was the trip that started it all. With the want to visit the beach and the lack of car, bicycle touring sprouted. Hank, Jeff, Donald and reluctantly, Evan set off on the first bicycle trip of A Bike Story. Portland Oregon to Cape Lookout State Park with the idea to ride up the Oregon Coast. Realizing we had underestimated the challenge, we ended up staying a week at Cape Lookout and returned home.
